Job Responsibilities

Conduct SWOT analysis for the regional market; collect competitor intelligence, potential market volume, current market share and customer feedback.

Proactively develop the assigned territory, identify target new customers and new sales leads.

Plan and organize sales activities including product demonstrations, seminars, etc., identify customer demands and opportunities to convert inquiries into orders.

Collaborate with the After-sales Service Department and Project Department to enhance customer satisfaction and assist in resolving after-sales issues.

Cooperate with the Finance Department to optimize accounts receivable status.

Establish, maintain, expand and strengthen sound relationships with customers.

Submit timely and accurate work reports, and continuously improve professional competencies, personal traits and work behaviors as required by the role.

Coordinate with domestic sales teams to advance key customer projects and secure customer recognition.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in engineering disciplines.

Fluent oral and written Chinese and English; familiar with local culture.

Excellent communication skills; prior experience in industrial product sales is preferred.

Sound personal integrity and professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and firm work principles.

Clear thinking and rigorous logic, capable of expressing viewpoints and ideas accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Be fully responsible for all financial operations of the US factory. Independently perform cost management, budget management, asset management and business operation data analysis. Be familiar with and abide by Texas tax laws and financial regulations, and efficiently take charge of the full financial workflow of the factory.

This role follows a matrix reporting system. The position is affiliated with the domestic headquarters and reports to the Chief Financial Officer based in China.

Job Requirements

Background in manufacturing finance; hands-on factory financial working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is mandatory.

Proficient in cost accounting, budgeting and business operation data analysis, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiar with tax laws and financial regulations of Texas, USA.

Bilingual competency in Chinese and English for daily professional work.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the team to efficiently fulfill production targets and achieve all departmental KPIs, including production plan fulfillment rate, DL labor hour utilization rate, OQC batch pass rate, material scrap rate, employee turnover rate, and the number of customer complaints caused by assembly defects.

Job Requirements

Possess professional knowledge of production safety (risk identification, training & communication, first aid, fire protection); proficient in establishing and maintaining 6S standards, and familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems.

Master quality control requirements and historical abnormal issues (process risk identification); have knowledge of workshop logistics management and relevant systems, basic understanding of lithium battery design and manufacturing processes, proficiency in improvement methodologies (including savings calculation), and systematic ESD management expertise (principles, analysis, control and supervision).

Candidates fluent in both Chinese and Thai are preferred.
